This would have worked better as two tweets:
The #3 bus (“DOWNTOWN”) has returned to its regular route northbound on Main St.
Police are letting buses (and only buses) through motor vehicle incident at Main and 29th.
There. No parsing required, and no uncommonly-used acronyms. I still don’t know what MVI actually stands for.
