CN 7067 Richmond BC: A new crossing has been created with the construction of the southern end of Shell Road. It is a stub end and is still closed to traffic as the one site it connects to remans undeveloped. The photographer was at no time at risk sine the GP9 was stationary - and when it did move off it took the spur to the left. More fall foliage too. By the way, the aerial photography on the Yahoo map is out of date as the new road and the associated development on Dyke Road is not shown
